1. All oiling points of the equipment must be regularly filled with oil, lubricating oil or grease according to the requirements of their parts.

2. The sealing parts (wearing parts) must be checked every day, and replaced immediately if damaged.

3. Check the guard plate of the chamber every day, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.

4. Check the guard plate, blade, impeller, directional sleeve, and shot wheel of the shot blasting machine twice every shift, and replace them immediately if they are damaged.

5. The electrical system should be checked twice.

6. All transmission parts are checked twice a week.

7. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time. If there is any abnormality, it should stop immediately and check the equipment as a whole.
